Twelve nomads took part in this trip into the industrial heartlands of Derbyshire /West Nott's mostly I may add done on footpaths some which are in dire need of maintenance, Codnor Castle or what is left of it was well received but Jessop's monument was less so mainly due to the opencast working. The walk continued via old railway lines, nature reserves and some better of villages in West Nott's i.e. Underhill and Bagthorpe. Phil Woodhead |
